The Stroy-plast Co. Ltd. was founded in 1998. The “Kurs” Trade Mark was registered in 2003. Its activities are mostly focused on the construction and maintenance of shopping and public catering facilities as well as low-rise dwellings in Moscow and in Moscow area. The company owns a chain of shopping centers known under the brand name of “Kurs” in the townships of Odintsovo, Reutov and Vidnoe. The second stage of the shopping centre construction in Reutov has just been finished. Another one is under construction in Mytystchi township. The company is presently designing a shopping & entertainment establishment Pushkin Plaza on the Yaroslavl highway and a power centre NORD on the Dmitrov highway. Designing and preliminary works are under way on the construction site of a restaurant in Balashikha.
