Two options are available as far as the footing is concerned. The fencing can be made of bricks, at the customer request, with a face common to the housing estate design.
The cottage internal walls are made of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete using a retained foamed polystyrene shuttering manufactured by Mosstroy-1 Public Corp. Cottage front walls are tiled with brick-replicating Kamrock tiles featuring an attractive surface appearance and an outstanding durability.
